💍 Our Story

Untitled design-6.png

We met in Bible college in 2019 and were married in 2022.

Marriage 3 Strand Cord began in our personal devotion time—but God had greater plans. What started with a simple conversation soon became a gathering of couples seeking real answers, support, and connection.

In November 2022, we went live for 15 days of a relationship challenge, and the response was undeniable. That’s when we knew—God was calling us to more.

With a shared foundation in Theology and Christian Counseling, we became Certified Marriage Mentors and stepped fully into this purpose: to guide, uplift, and honor God through the covenant of marriage.

I’ve always been passionate about human connection—how people relate, grow, and heal in different types of relationships. Marriage, in particular, is a divine institution, not just a personal decision.

When I asked Lana early on, “What’s the purpose of marriage beyond procreation and sex?”—her answer was, “To honor God in my living.” That stuck with me.

Through 3 Strand Cord, we help couples realign with the purpose of marriage—reflecting God’s design, restoring broken mindsets, and walking in unity. Purpose is everything, and I believe this mentorship is one way we can bear fruit, multiply, and bring God glory.

We may be newly married, but longevity doesn’t automatically equal wisdom. What we offer comes from a heart for God, a deep love for His Word, and a passion for intentional, faith-rooted connection.

Marriage takes focus, accountability, and grace. It’s not always easy to love unconditionally—but it is possible with God at the center.

My hope is to create a space where couples are strengthened, supported, and reminded that they don’t have to navigate this journey alone. We’re building a community where Kingdom marriages can thrive—and together, we can reclaim the beauty and identity of marriage, for His glory.

“A cord of three strands is not easily broken.” – Ecclesiastes 4:12
